Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing "Ask a Doctor" for your query,
Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns,
As per your query I would like to suggest you to go for the following tests-
Fecal calprotectin to rule out inflammation in intestines.
A stool microscopic examination.
Your reports are suggestive of chronic infection so initially a therapy with anti inti inflammatory and antibiotics like ofloxacin and metronidazole should be taken for 5 days and a complete blood count should be repeated after that.
Eliquis is a proper blood thinner while curcumin is just a herbal medicine I don't think that it's enough a consultation by a cardio thoracic surgeon should be done.
Along with the above suggested medicines take a probiotic and eat light food.
Post therapy repeat blood count after 5 days.
Follow ups are welcome,
Thank you!

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
As mentioned by you the only medicine you are having is curcumin (herbal).
Secondly, radiation of pain to back is not a typical presentation of gastritis.
In gastritis usually, the pain is localized to right upper side of the abdomen. As per the history given by you right now, you are not having any medicine which may cause such severe gastritis.
Thirdly, there is no heartburn and retrosternal chest pain again a classical feature of the acid peptic disorder is absent.
Just nausea and fatigue are two common symptoms to label a patient for having acid peptic disorder without even doing baseline tests.
Fecal calprotectin would tell if there is inflammation along your gut.
Stool microscopy would reflect any infection.
If they turn out to be normal next step would be Endoscopy to look for esophagitis/Gastritis.
However, patients with gastritis respond to antacids.
I would suggest you take over the counter Omeprazole 20mg once for 3 days. If symptoms respond it can be acid peptic disorder too.
A patient with nausea, Feeling to pass out, etc can be having numerous differential diagnoses like a weak heart causing presyncope, etc. And that's why the role of the primary doctor is foremost as s/he can examine them in-person...
Therefore please discuss my suggestions with your primary.
Secondly, curcumin won't help to avoid any future problem at least ask your doctor to start you on Aspirin/Clopidogrel, etc.
Discuss this with your primary doctor and revert back with what s/he says.
You can take Omeprazole for few days.
If relieved please do revert back.
Hope you understand what I tried to explain.
Follow-ups are welcome.
Thank you
