Question: Was taking 3 mgs. Of alprazolam per day for 15 years. Then stopped. I am getting too old for the med. (64 yrs.). Now I'm not sleeping at all. Not taking or ingesting any stimulants. What to take for sleep? Has been chronic problem for years.
