Was Using Asthalin Inhaler Once A Day For Several Years
Question: Was using Asthalin inhaler once a day for several years but recently the usage increased to 3-4 tes a day.Henve shifted to foracort 200 Now I find that Asthalin helps on most days So which should I use Asthalin or Foracort Am concerned about long term side effects Or should I try Foracort 100

Though my profile states that my details are not available I had provided them They are Male, Age 55,Weight 75kgs, Height 169 cms, Vegetarian Non Smoker, Non drinker
My follow up question- I find that using half a Cetzin also helps in alleviating my asthma problem and I can sleep very well and wake up a refreshed in the morning. The only drawback is the head feels a bit heavy in the morning.
So between foracart 100/200 and cetzin which is the preferred medicine considering (a) My aversion for strong drugs and (b) Long term effects of the drugs
My family (paternal side- father,grandmother) had parkinsons
Am appending my PfT report also
