Brief Answer:
Details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I will be answering your concerns today.
I hope that your wife's blood sugar is well controlled. Poorly controlled diabetes can reduce the IVF success rate.

At this age the chance of having a baby with IVF is about one in 3. Obesity, low AMH negatively impact this success rate.
Between age 38-40 years, this chance reduces to one in 5.
If pregnancy does not occur with the first IVF cycle, having 3 IVF cycles improves the chance of having a baby.
Do not worry so much about the possibility of twin pregnancy. The chances are not much.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer
Beat wishes,
