Question: Weight loss concern. Lack of appetite have lost 6 lbs this month. Have been on strict healthy diet last 9 months to lower cholesterol but worried why I’m still losing and it seems fast. Just don’t feel hungry

Dear Ma’am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but this could be due to thyroid hormone imbalance.. so I would recommend that you get a blood test for T3, T4 and TSH.
Also this could be due to your body entering into starvation mode, so you should divide your daily portions through out the day, so that you eat small meal every 2-3 hours. your daily portions should be 3-4 carbohydrate portions, 4-6 protein portions, 3-4 fruit portion, 2 milk product portions and 5 Vegtebales portions..
