Hi,
Welcome to Ask a Doctor. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
To answer your concerns, I need some more details. When was your first child born?
Did the baby have anaemia at birth? How did the baby recover? If your wife is sensitised to Rh, what is the antibody titre in her blood?
Grossly I can say that, in next pregnancy, fetal blood genotyping can be done to find out it's blood group and the red cell antigens. This requires testing in specialised labs. If the baby develops anaemia, intrauterine transfusions can be performed. Pregnancy needs to be followed in tertiary centre.
Best wishes.

The app keeps crashing and my messages are not fully delivering. her titre I believe is 1 weakly positive. i am attaching a screen shot of maternal bloods from hospital.

Apologies Doctor about the messages coming in segments - the app is not working very well dor me. Its not swnding my messages in full. To answer ylur question regarding our baby at birth he had mild jaundice and low blood sugars but recovered well in NICU after 3 days. Just in case i am attaching the screen shot of bloods again.

Hi,
Welcome back.
From the reports your wife does not seem to be sensitized for Rh. what is the report of her recent ICT. If negative, it means that she is not sensitised for Rh.
As regards WRA antibodies, in next pregnancy, you need to get the fetal blood group genotyping done either with fetal cell free DNA or chorion villus sampling. If the baby has no WRA antigen, then there is no risk to the baby. If the baby has WRA antigen, then follow up in fetal medicine unit is required to monitor for fetal anaemia.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes.
