Brief Answer:
Yes this is possible to have abnormal ecg while being normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi and Welcome to Ask A Doctor service .Thanks for using this app.I have read your question and here is my advice.
Yes your doctor looks very right and I understand you didn't have any heart attack .This is quite possible to have an ecg being abnormal when all is fine. Actually minor changes do occur in ecg.Hence an ecg should always be read in context of clinical situations .The minor abnormalities that you might hve on ecg may be due to
1.normal variants in some individuals
2. misplaced leads (leads not placed well).
in such situations we always repeat ECG , and if changed are still theren or there is any suspicion we can do further tests like cardiac enzynes or echocardiography .Howe'ver a cardilagist can say it quite rightly wether you need any more tests or not after he sees you .So if you cardilagist is sure that you are fine , then it's very likely thatbyou are fine .and you should forget the changes in ecg .
Heart attack is very unlikely in a young pt like you specially if there is no risk factors like diabetes , hypertension , or family history.
So be relax , and forget about the changes in ecg.

Hopes this answer help you understand your query. let me know if you ahve any further question. I will be glad to answer.
kind Regards
Dr Rahman
