Question: Welcome to 'Ask a Doctor'. Please type your question here...I have been having pain just under my shoulder, not quiet in my breast.
I have pain most off the time, it gets worse if I stretch my arm right off the bed or if I push a door,
I feel like my arm is slightly weak,
Because off the location I was worried if it was lymph nodes, but I don’t feel like I can feel a lump, when I press on a certain area it is sore tho,
Do you have any idea if this could be lymph nodes or muscle more related?
Can I attach a pic off where pain is?

Brief Answer:
As explained below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I have gone through the details. It looks more muscle related. It can be a sprain or strain on the muscle. Yes, you can attach a picture, that would help me to advice better and since how many days do you have pain?
I suggest you do hot fomentation on the affected area for 20 minutes twice daily and give it rest. If you are having too much pain then you can take Paracetamol once or twice a day for a day or two. It will subside on its own within a week or two.
I hope this answered your query.
