Question: Welcome to 'Ask a Doctor'. Please type your question here...I have difficulty in swallowing food or any substance, i go through lot of pain and always have a chest and back pain

You are having dysphagia (painful swallowing).
This is mostly seen with pathologies in the esophagus.
So you should get done
1. Chest x-ray
2. Barium swallow
3. Upper GI (gastrointestinal) scope.

1. Do you smoke? social smoker, maybe once in 3 month, since it started, have not smoke
2. Do you take alcohol? i drink alcohol
3. Do you have allergies? when i first noticing it, i was having body itching all over my body , the clinic i visited said it was an allergic reaction to something am eating , that i should watch what i eat, I dont think i have any allergies and i have not eating anything new before and after it started, i have even stop eating some types of food like meat, groundnut oil, groundnut made foods, but i never see changes, it is only the itching that stopped , but my throat still painful when i eat the LORATADINE drug stop the itching but not the painful throat

Please let me know if you have undergone any of the mentioned reports. ??? ANSWER.....I HAVE NOT UNDERGONE ANY PROCEDURES SINCE IT STARTED, I ONLY USE ANTIBIOTICS FOR SORE throat BUT NEVER WORK AND USE Loratidine, WHICH ONLY REDUCE PAIN

In my opinion, you should definitely get done barium swallow and upper GI scopy.
By these we can rule out any esophageal pathology if there.
If you have cough or wheezing or breathing difficulty, we should also consider asthma in the possibilities because asthma can also cause similar symptoms.
