It's been about a week now. I haven't been sexually active in over 30 days. No itching on my penis but more so on my testicles. I hope I've answered all your questions

The itching in the scrotal area can be related to joke itch.
I recommend to maintain a good hygiene and use antifungal cream

As per the bumps, I would like to have more information to help through the diagnosis.

Are the bumps flesh colored or red?
Does the blood come out of the penis while urinating?
