What I Need To Do Next I Seem To Be Having Symptoms Of Some Sort Anemia?

Question: Hello, I seem to be having symptoms of some sort of anemia but my bloodwork came back normal except for one thing which is puzzling. My B12 levels were showing as high. My doctor said that it was nothing to worry about. I was taking a B12 supplement and she told me to discontinue the B12 supplement. I have fatigue, some shortness of breath. Something else to note is that it comes and goes. Some days I will feel normal, then like a switch the fatigue and shortness of breath will start suddenly. Any suggestions on what I need to do next.

Hello,

Fatigue and shortness of breath can be caused by many reasons like lung problems, anemia, thyroid issues, side effects of medicines, liver problems, heart issues, etc. Kindly upload any reports that you have tests done.
BP medicines can usually cause lightheadedness or dizziness.
Please get chest Xray and ECG done as well.
