If you have taken 0.05 mg of klonopin that is too low dose for anxiety. I guess it was a typo and you took 0.5 mg of klonopin that is right dose for anxiety. The peak concentration of klonopin reaches after 30 minute and half an hour and there is no point of taking another half tablet if you took it recently. In case you took 0.5 mg of klonopin four hour back or more the another half tablet can be taken.
Since it is a prescription drug and addictive try to avoid taking another half tablet if you can manage comfortably without it. If you are not able to manage and anxiety is disabling you can take another half of 0.5 mg.
