Question: My doctor had me do more extensive lipid testing because I exercise everyday and eat a healthy diet.. he wanted to check for the size of the particles.. and crp .. I am a 63 year old 5’10 and 195 pounds.. are these results terrible? I want to avoid statins .. do I need to be on them? What about my crp ..is that real high?
