Brief Answer:
Most likely compression of the spinal cord and nerves at the neck.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
One common condition that may justify these symptoms is the spinal cord and nerve compression.

The compression may be caused by herniated disc for example, but other causes may be considered as well.

Since you experience neck pain, this is a possible explanation, the MS seems unlikely with these symptoms.

The MRI should give the necessary information for the diagnosis, besides this, an evaluation by the Neurologist is necessary for a correct evaluation.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
