Brief Answer:
Can be due to upper respiratory tract infection or sinusitis.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it can due to upper respiratory tract infection and needs to be reviewed for a detailed throat and ENT examination. X-ray Paranasal sinuses will also be needed as to look for cause of symptoms related to cheek and around eyes.

Usually sinusitis doesn't cause skin swelling but any other soft tissue inflammation may be accompanied. Sometimes allergic eruption alongside may cause facial swelling.

For management options, antibiotics like Co-amoxiclav or Azithromycin may be needed along with OTC analgesics like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen and anti histamines like Cetrizine or Loratidine. Nasal decongestants spray may also be helpful. Local swelling should also be evaluated by an ENT specialist and if needed orthodontist.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query.

Take care.
