Brief Answer:
No need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
A Papp-A (Pregnancy-associated plasma protein A) level more than or equal to 0.5 MOM is considered normal, while levels of less than 0.5 MOM are marked as low. Low levels of PAPP-A can be associated with Down's Syndrome but since its risk is low you need not worry. It does not mean anything significant and all you need is a regular follow up.
No need to get apprehensive. In my opinion, nothing else needs to be done as of now.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
