1)you can use aloe vera gel to be applied on dark circles.
2) melalite cream can be applied on the dark circles.
3)having adequate sleep
4)having nutritious diet would help.
If you meant there is hyperpigmentation all over your face, then the following is the treatment :
1)any cream containing azelaic acid, kojic acid or salicylic acid to be applied on the skin.
2)Retinoids like tretinoin can be used.
