Brief Answer:
Do not worry.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for the query,
It seems from you query that you had relationships with three girls. The firsts status you do not know. The other two came later in your life, had kids and are HIV negative.
If you did not have any contact with the first woman after having kids, meaning no contact in the past 4 years and your kids are negative and so are their mothers, the chances that you have HIV are nil.
Since you do not know the status of the first woman but still others that had relations with you are not infected, indicates that most likely you also do not have the infection.
However the best way to know and kick these doubts out of your mind is to get a test for HIV. If it is negative [ which it most likely is considering your situation] you do not need to worry as you will be sure of it and live your life in peace.
So get the test done and remember that the best way to prevent HIV is by being loyal to one partner. Even condoms do not guarantee a 100% protection. So please be safe in future.
Hope this satisfies your query.
