Thanks for the query.
Methotrexate works by stopping growth of fertilized ovum,before tube ruptures.
Still the embryo laudged in tube.
&remaing perished fetalparts might have cause fibrosis &block in tube..
I would suggest to get Hysterosalpingography to confirm patency of fallopian tubes.
In case it's patent...a planned conception can be arranged under expert care.
