Question: Hi, what is the exact procedure of using unwanted kit by mankind. And how much gap should be there between the medicines? Can all the medicines be taken orally ?

Thanks for posting your query on HCM.
First of all I would like to suggest you that it is not safe to take the MTP pill yourself without consulting a gynecologist.
Urine pregnancy test should be done with early morning urine sample.
If positive then an Ultrasound scan should be done to confirm the pregnancy. It works if the pregnancy is less than 7 weeks. Else it is not safe to take it.
Kit consists of one large tablet Mifepristone to be taken at once on empty stomach and then after 48 hours of that take the 4 tablets of Misoprostol together.
After taking full kit, abortion occurs anytime between 6 hours to 5 days.
But in few patients there can be an incomplete abortion or excessive vaginal bleeding and in that case you have to visit a gynecologist.
An ultrasound has to be done after 2 weeks to confirm whether the abortion is completed.

Thank you for your answer, wage has consumed the first tablet yesterday .white color liquid is getting discharged. And the other four tablets can be taken orally?. Is the white liquid safe? And can she have have domstal for nausea and can meftal spas be taken for stomach ache and for bleeding what should be taken?
