I have white little bumps under my eyes.

Depiwhite and sunscreen

Hello
Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
Most of the pigmentation on your face is superficial and can be managed with creams.
Use Depiwhite cream in night over the area of pigmentation and a sunscreen with spf 50 in morning.
Do this for 3 months, most of the pigmentation will reduce.
The white little bumps will also reduce a little with the above medication.
The remaining would require removal with LASER.
