Question : 2 red dots that started on my upper thigh/bum and turned into large open sores and weep pus. The little dots/rash then has spread to my abdomen and legs and chest. Very painful and seem like they are not improving.

* The unhealing lesion on skin can be due to
- infected exaema/impetigo with causative bacteria being Staphylococcus /poor blood circulation ,weakness,anemia with low resistance /Uncontrolled diabetes.
*To know exact cause for unhealing,you need to get investigated like
a physical examination,blood counts, histopathology of scrapping of lesion and culture &sensitivity test along with blood sugar reports
*After this suitable antibiotic course by
dermatologist/suitable medications for improving your general condition,improving immunity or allergy /proper drugs for controlling blood sugar..as per need would help you out.
