What Are Medicine For Hypertensive And Diabetic ?
Question: Good afternoon Doctor. I am a hypertensive and diabetic for last 14 years. I am 61 years old male ,in mid March 2023-i had some shortness of breath and tightness in chest; Was admitted and ECG showed Acute MI. However 2d Echo showed all normal.-An angio was performed next day and it showed normal ,it was because of slow flow to heart because of smoking.i was discharged on day 4-I am on medication-now the medicines are Nikoran OD 10mg in morning, Olsar A 40 in morning and Metelor 50 and ecosprin gold at night. Morning before food and night before food-Glinisave M 2 and Zomekitis 50/500 post lunch .All well as of now, except my Heart beat still is around 90 and while exercising it becomes 125 to 130.Average heart beat is 74 to 75. Concern is my sugar which is 128 Fasting and 170 PP on averae-I walk 45 mts every day-say i move aroung 6000 steps a day-I do have ciakis 20 mg monthly once and that day i dont take nikoran od 10 mg.Any advise for me? am i doing good?
