What Are Normal Testosterone And TSH Levels When Undergoing Testosterone Supplemental Therapy?

Question: For someone who is on testosterone supplemental therapy, what would you consider to be an acceptable value for total testosterone? Does an 11am draw time make a difference?
When treating Hypogonadism, what do you guys like TSH levels to be? In my last set of labs when I was only on Synthroid generic 175ug TSH was 2.14 but after doing the additional tab or 2 per week to bring the TSH back under 1.5, it dropped to 0.68. Free T4 Values at the most recent labs were just about 1.84. Reverse T3 revealed high levels 0.34 but around 140 for Total T3. DHEA was WNL.

Brief Answer:
Testosterone and TSH targets
Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern.
Testosterone levels are best kept between 4 to 8 ng/dl when you are on replacement. The best time to check Testosterone levels are between 7 to 9 am in fasting state.
TSH of 2.14 was good and there was no need to increase the dose of Synthroid. I prefer to keep TSH below 2.5 in young patients. Further reduction of TSH using a higher dose of Synthroid/Cytomel doesn't have any great advantage. Besides, Cytomel ( which is T3) is not recommended for routine use.
