What Are Steroid Side Effects On Brain?
Brief Answer:
Steroids
Detailed Answer:
The effect of steroids on the 'brain' (hypothalamus and pituitary) depends on the type of steroids, the strength, the dose and the duration of treatment. I see in your medical history you have listed oxandrolone. If it was used only for a short period of time, it is not expected to significantly impact the 'hypothalamic-pituitary axis'. Your endogenous steroids would progress naturally through puberty without any impediment.
The medication/drug does not last in the body for longer than a week or so after stopping. It gets completely eliminated from your system. So in no way does the medicine continue to affect you after it has been discontinued, as long as it was used only briefly.

Hello, Thank you for the advice.
My feeling is even though exogonous androgens are out of the system, effects of it is still maintained by the endogonous androgens...this is my logic.
The medicine caused upregulation in brain, and this upregulation and more was carried on by the ever increasing endogonous androgens. Would this be accurate?
Awaiting your valued advice.
Brief Answer:
Follow up
Detailed Answer:
Upregulation is possible. However, to the best of my knowledge, there cannot be an ever-increasing self perpetuating phenomenon. The effect lasts only while the medicine is in the system
