Brief Answer:
Blood and bone marrow test

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Common symptoms of leukemia and lymphoma are swollen lymph nodes that usually don't hurt especially lymph nodes in the neck or armpit, fevers or night sweats, frequent infections, feeling weak or tired, bleeding and bruising easily like bleeding gums, purplish patches in the skin, or tiny red spots under the skin, swelling or discomfort in the abdomen from a swollen spleen or liver,
pain in the bones or joints and weight loss or loss of appetite for no known reason.

Since your ultrasound is negative and you are not having any swollen lymph nodes you do not need to worry.

I will advise you to do a blood culture test to find the cause of unexplained fever.

You can also do a blood test and bone marrow from hip bone test to see if you have abnormal levels of white blood cells, leukemia cells or platelets to rule out leukemia.

Hope I have answered your query.

DR De
