Brief Answer:
copper-T is available free of cost at govt. hospitals.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concerns.
There are no enough research studies which demonstrate the effect of ipill on future pregnancy.
But repeated use of ipill does affect your body as it has high hormonal contents.
It can cause irregularities of periods.
Copper-T can cause heavy bleeding in initial 2-3 months of insertion in some cases. But this subsides on its own.
However, it does not affect future pregnancy and child birth.
It is available and inserted free of cost at government hospitals.
You can visit a local government hospital and consult a Gynecologist there.
Hope this helps.

Take care.
