Question: I just started taking Isosorb DIN 10mg for chest pressure and pain. So far it is working great, all the pain and pressure has stopped. Should I worry about any side effects that may occur?

Other drugs to use with caution would be antihypertensive drugs, because there is a potential risk of low blood pressure, as Isosorb DIN can lower blood pressure.
