Brief Answer:
No worries, ensure wash contains antiseptic, see Dr if persistence

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

I understand this could be disturbing. The good news is mouth wounds heal pretty fast as compared to other regions of the body. However, you must do all to avoid infection.

It is good idea to use mouth wash. However, it might be better to check in the local pharmacy for oral antiseptics, generally sold over the counter. If you are sure that your mouth wash at the same time has anti septic properties, it is sufficient.

In case symptoms persist for more than ten days or start aggravating, you will have to consult your doctor.

Thanks again and kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
