what are the causes of breast lumps?i already had an operation last december 2008 because of the lumps in my two breasts..and now i have a breast lump again..pls help me so that i will know the answer to my question and i believe that u can help me..thanks in advance..

You have not mentioned the previous diagnosis. Re-appearance of breast lump could be due to same diagnosis as previous lumps. It could also be hardened tissue after previous surgery. It could just be scar tissue. So further examination and testing is needed to find cause. Mammography maybe needed.
