What Are The Chance Of Successful ICSI Procedure After Several Failed IUI's?

Question: Hi,
I am 32 years old and my husband is 34. We have been trying to conceive since 2012. I have PCOD and elevated TSH(7 when diagnosed in 2012, controlled with a 50 mg dose of thyronorm everyday, usually < 3 now). I also have irregular menstrual cycles and anovulation problem and ovulate only with stimulants.Husband's reports are all fine. We have had 3 failed cycles of IUI. Just wanted to know what are my chances with ICSI.With stimulants, my follicle(s) grow upto 20 mm around the 18th day of cycle.
