Question: I am 33 years old. I had a clean colonoscopy and endoscopy in February of 2017. I have severe health anxiety and am worrying about Colon and Stomach cancer. What are the chances cancer has developed since my tests last year?

After the age of 50, it is recommended that all people should have a colonoscopy every 5-10 years. As you are in early thirties and symptomless with clean colonoscopy and endoscopy you should repeat it after 10 years.In case you are over concious minimum 5 year time should be there between two scopies.
Unless you have symptoms like blood in stools severe pain change in bowel habits etc chances are 0.1%.Virtually 100% that you don't have any disease.
For anxiety start taking natural supplement like lactium.
