Brief Answer:
There is no risk of HIV transmission

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXXXX,

Let me reassure you there is no cause for concern. The risk of transmission of HIV is nill.
For the following reasons the risk of transmission is nil

1. Viral load of HIV in saliva is negligible and is not known to transmit HIV
2. Also you had used condom
3. Even if the water would have come in contact with urethra , it would not contain any infective material.

So be relaxed.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance.

Take Care
