What Are The Chances Of HIV After Unprotected Sexual Encounter?

The first time I got together I had sex with her the condom broke. I know looking at in the past I had sex with her unprotected for at least 15 mins before ejaculating in her. After 12 weeks I was negative of any type of STD or HIV.
Months later she was visiting family and she asked for to stop by the next thing I knew we where having sex. This time unprotected I lasted a total of 8 mins. Just like last time, I have no cuts, nicks or sores on my penis and she has no visible cuts, nicks, or sores on her anus. I did ejaculate into her anus on her request. After I was done, even after using lube there was light amount of anal liquid on my penis. Not much of anything, but enough to make me concern. I was the active partner and she was the receptive partner. She assured me over and over that she gets tested. I am wondering if I made the fatal mistake. I know a family member of mine has a cold and I woke up with a slight tingle in my throat. I don't know what to make of it, but I have become somewhat concern. Any advice will help.
In my panic I forgot some information. The incident happen last week Tuesday. Afterward, she asked to make sure I was her only partner. I just been thinking if she has any additional partners in a similar situation. Those are the concerns I have of late. Thank you for your patience.
The best test to undergo now would be p24 and HIV DNA PCR
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr. XXXX,
Thanks for choosing healthcare magic.
I have gone through your query and I understand your concern regarding exposure to HIV.
I would like to explain to you the pathogenesis of HIV for you to understand the tests to be done to rule out infection.
HIV particles are richly present in the secretions of HIV infected persons and they enter the body through the abrasions in the mucous membranes produced during intercourse.
Once they enter they are taken up by macrophages which take these viruses to the local lymph nodes where it multiplies.
Then these virus particles get spilled back into the blood. This process takes about 4-11 days.
So there is no test to detect HIV within 4 days after exposure.
After 4 days the best tests to be done is detection of p24 antigen and PCR for HIV DNA and HIV RNA.
As you have mentioned that the episode occurred last Tuesday, I suggest you undergo the above mentioned tests to rule out HIV infection.
I hope I have cleared your doubts.
Please get back if any more queries.
Thanks.

Unprotected sexual encounter is high risk for exposure
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr. XXXX,
Welcome back.
I understand your concern regarding risk factors.
I want to stress here that any unprotected sexual encounter with a partner with unknown sexual history is definitely a high risk factor.
Moreover you mention that your partner is working as an escort which makes that person having a higher possibility of HIV exposure.
I will definitely grade your encounter as high risk and would suggest testing to confirm HIV negative status.
Please let me know if any more queries.
Thanks.
