Brief Answer:
HIV 1 and 2 had been ruled out clearly with your tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

Nothing to worry.
You had protected exposure. There are thousands of spouses of people living with HIV, remaining HIV negative just because of their safe sex practice with their HIV positive spouses. All available condoms in XXXXXXX market are equally good in quality and has a highly reliable safeness.
Even though HIV DNA PCR can detect the infection (in the presence of infection) as early as 1 week after the high risk activity, but become more conclusive after 4 weeks.
So your HIV DUO tested on 30 days very much conclusive and the negative test conclusively ruled out the possibility of HIV 1 infection. HIV 2 PCR done on 33 days very well ruled out HIV 2 infection also.
So you are HIV free.
Relax yourself.

Brief Answer:
Cd4 is still normal. Better to be repeated after a month

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

CD4 count may vary due to various factors like stress, recent infection etc. It is better to repeat the same after another month later.

Answered by Dr. Sankaranantham Murugan (8 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Homeopathy medicine could be the reason for CD4 count depression.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

You need not worry much, It is obvious that you are free from HIV infection according to the reports of your tests. Only thing we have to find the reason for CD4 count.
I don't have any idea about the Homeopathy medication. This could cause a depression in your CD4 count about which your Homeopathy doctor also would not have much idea.
CD4 count, along with absolute lymphocyte count and ratio between CD4:CD8 can be done with any bigger laboratory when it is requested by a physician. The results from standard laboratories are reliable.

doctor
Answered by Dr. Sankaranantham Murugan (3 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Viral load would be high by 3-4 weeks, in presence of an infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome BACK.

Your RNA viral load expression is not correct. It would not be in milliliters. It must be so many copies or units. Please refer it and express it correctly.
Cold and cough would not have much effect on CD4 count.
As you correctly pointed out, HIV viral load during acute infection or first 3-4 weeks would be very high if there is infection.
