Brief Answer:
You acts carry a negligible risk for HIV.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
The risk of HIV transmission through a broken Condom is low.
If your CMIA test 30 days after the exposure was a 4th generation DUO test, then the negative report ruled out the possibility of HIV 1 infection beyond any doubt and it is highly reliable.

Hi,
Welcome back.
Swollen lymph nodes, sore throat are common symptoms that anyone to have. Just by the presence of sore throat alone nobody can be suspected to have HIV. Only with the blood report one can be labelled as HIV positive individual.
Night sweats depends on the climate also. If you have not adequate sleep you will feel sleepy. Those are normal for anybody to have once or otherwise. Your test ruled out HIV 1 infection. Then what is the necessity to bother about HIV infection. RELAX.
