Brief Answer:
HIV can not be transmitted through fomites (clothing etc).

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

As you mentioned HIV is highly friable organism and can not live outside the body or body fluids not more than few seconds. It can not withstand outside temperature and atmospheric air and drying.
Nail biting or abrasion of fingers are quite common in all walks of life. They would likely to be exposed to such situations quite likely especially among care givers in family who cares HIV positive individuals. But nobody got infected in this way. So nothing to worry.

Sir, thanks for your answer...

But I was in Hostel for last five year. For extremely rare condition some-one masturbate I touch his semen after 10 seconds with small open injured finger.
I read in forum air will not kill hiv but drying blood will kill hiv.

Sir, second question...

Suppose semen is wet hiv is still active when it will come contact with my open injured finger it is still in air. How much time it will take for hiv to enter any body or before it enter it will enter air will around finger kill hiv.

Sir,

Plz tell accurate answer I am going marry on April. StillI am virgin and I am not drug user. Is there any hiv will enter body in this way from open injury.

Brief Answer:
Wet semen contains virus in case of HIV infected individuals.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If anyone is positive for HIV and his semen was in a wet condition the possibility of virus alive in the specimen can not be ruled out. But the risk of transmission through injured fingers on contact with semen is negligible and remote possibility.
In medicine we can not say anything with accurate answers. Only probabilities can be predicted.

Thanks Sir,

What I should do whether go for testing. I so much scared regarding hiv testing(Some one told me before marriage go for testing).

Till my knowledge I didn't anything by myself which will cause hiv transmission(ie No Sex, Not a Drug User and not Hospitalized single time)

But lot of negativity come when doubts come in your mind...Some time I went for pathology lab for jaundice testing I think by mistake if they have put used needle me to take sample.

Brief Answer:
HIV Test is not really indicated

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

HIV test is not necessary for you.
But having a HIV test and seeing a HIV negative result may relieve your tension than the soothing words of mine do. So get done a HIV test and rule out the possibility of HIV once far all.

If you have more illusions about HIV through your past hospital incidence and others, then it is better for you to consult a psychiatrist and get a counseling.
