Question: I had protected sex with a dancer but was careless and she rubbed her vaginal fluids on me while giving me a hand job. She was also lactating while I licked her breast I stopped immediately. I am concerned about hiv. I took a rna test at day 6 is that to early and the risk of transmission is it high.

Brief Answer:
Your HIV risk is negligible. Repeat the test 4 weeks after exposure.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

The penetrative anal and vaginal sex carries considerable risk for HIV. Even with vaginal penetrative vaginal sex the risk is 4-8 per 10000 exposures as per CDC, XXXXXXX Rest of the activities have only a negligible risk.
You had a protected exposure. Rubbing with vaginal fluid while doing hand job, the HIV risk is negligible.
Transmission of HIV through breast milk in children is 30-40% only (not 100%), that too when there is a consistent feeding is there for months together. So sucking the lactating breast also has a remote possibility of HIV risk.
So nothing much to get anxious.
Regards the HIV RNA test, it can detect the infection from the first week on wards, but becomes more conclusive by 4 weeks. So repeat the test once again.

Brief Answer:
Bumps over buttock is unusual in HIV infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

No, bumps over scrotum is not a symptom for early HIV infection. Earliest manifestation of HIV infection can occur only by 3-4 weeks after the contact if there is an infection. That too only with 50-70% of the infected and not with all. It will be usually a FLU like symptoms with fever, throat pain and body pain etc. Bumps over scrotum are not common in early HIV infection.
