What Are The Chances Of HIV Transmission Through Protected Intercourse?

Question: Hello Doctor! I'd like to ask you some question about the symptoms happening on me lately. So I have been experiencing lower right back aching, night sweats for two nights straight, and constant thirsty feeling. I wonder if I am affected by hiv virus. I have engage an protected sex with an unknown woman a week ago, the condom wasn't broken or anything. And I have received masturbation from two different women two weeks ago. I'm wondering if I could have the risk of being affected? I'm really appreciate for your help!
And I have kissed the girl as well. The second time of masturbation took a long time so i feel like my penis should have little skin damaged, and she got a wet towel out of nowhere for me to clean it. So I figure that might have the risk? Do I need to get tested after certain time?

The chances of transmission of HIV by protected intercourse is nil.If the intercourses are protected there is no possibility of transmission.

HIV is not transmitted by kiss unless there is bleeding or open wounds in both .
HIV is not transmitted by hand job or masturbation.
HIV is not transmitted by fomites like towel too.

The symptoms are not specific to HIV. It can be due to anxiety.

So the chances of HIV transmission is nil by all methods mentioned.

You can get tested for HIV to relieve your anxiety.
At this stage you can go for HIV 1&2 RNA PCR tests.

Hey doctor,

But these days I keep have feeling of being sick and tiredness. Sometimes the end of my penis is a little itchy. Would that be any signs for that?
