What Are The Chances Of HIV Transmission Through Protected Sex?

I had protected oral and v sex with two escorts early october ( 1-3 ) and then i took the following tests:
4 weeks instant negative
8 weeks standard ( i went to my gp they sent my blood to a lab for test) negative
200 days ( almost 8 months ) biosure self test negative
Same day instant test in a private clinic negative
Same day i took a Duo 4th gen test next day result came back negative
I really wanted yo make sure everything is clear so next day i went to a NHS funded sexual health clinic called XXXXXXX street express and took a duo test again negative.
Although all results indicates im hiv free but im extremely anxious, i had bad flu in januay and didnt have any since, had bad oral thrush last months and dont have it now but after being super anxious for couple of weeks i had bad dry mouth for a week but after results i felt better and it went away however its been few days ( almost ten days after my final test ) that again im anxious and have dry mouth, im not near as anxious as i was before but still concerned that i might have the virus that either tests doesnt show or i have contracted from recent tests i did in clinics. Im like what if they used an infected needle on me in clinics and its been three days i have two mouth ulcer and it kinda made me even more anxious. Please help me.
It is just the fear or anxiety of HIV nothing else.

Dear XXXXX,
Welcome to HCM. I have gone through your query and understand the concern you are worried about.
You had protected oral and vaginal sex with escort along with all test results negative after 8 months of exposure then there is no chance of having HIV and you are absolutely safe or free from infection.
The possibility what you are thinking that they have used infected needle is nil so don't get panic about that also. The symptoms you have may due to high anxiety related to HIV or some vitamin deficiency.
Consult your local physician and follow the advice.
The window period for HIV varies from 15 days to 3 months and the rest result after it is considered 100% conclusive and accurate so there is no risk in your case. Forget about the past and try to move on in life. Do meditation or yoga, take healthy and nutritious diet. Consider counselling services with the help of psychiatrist if needed. For any further query get back to me again and I will help you out.
Thank You

Is it possible someone doesnt produce antibody at all even after 8 months and thats why his tests are negativ? Then what do you think is causing me dry mouth? One last question. Are hiv test really reliable? What if its not as reliable as it says? Should i really move on and put this behind me?
Yes ofcourse you should move on.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,
Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.
It is not possible that someone who is infected will not produce antibodies even after 8 months so just relax your self. HIV tests are also highly reliable so you should definitely move on and put this behind.
Dry mouth may be due to anxiety or stress or some other reason but not related to HIV so consult your physician for further management. Don't think too much and live your life happily with your family.
Thank You

It was trully heartwarming and gave me a peace of mind. Im glad to know its not possible not to turn positive if you contracted after 8 months.
One last question, there is this book called end hiv/253657?iL=true" >aids myth, it says that hiv tests are not real and there are many flaws with it. Is it really a hoax or hiv and aids really exist and tests are reliable?
Thank you for your time and effort
The tests really exist and highly reliable.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,
Welcome back once again.
There are many books available in the real market telling different stories and that is why named as myth but the reality is that HIV tests have their own existence and they are highly reliable also so don't get much in detail of the book and move on in life.
Thank You
