What Are The Chances Of HIV Transmission Through Unprotected Oral Sex?

The next day i was bit nervous and asked her about her HIV status, she said she is negative, but i was unconvinced and took her for a HIV RNA test exactly 7 days after our encounter and it was negative. Even she showed me her Elisa test reports taken in march which was also negative
For further confirmation, I went for HIV RNA test after 23 days of our encounter which shows negative too.. I have attached the report herewith.. Please check and confirm if I need to go for any further testing
You are free from HIV 1 infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
You had protected vaginal sex and an unprotected oral sex.
Oral sex has a low risk for HIV.
Rubbing the penis, contact of penis with external genitalia of the partner carry a negligible risk towards HIV as per CDC XXXXXXX USA. So you need worry much.
Regarding her HIV PCR test being negative 7 days and the negative ELISA report on March once again affirms she is free from HIV infection. HIV RNA becomes more conclusive by 3-4 weeks. So her report is not reliable up to 100%.
But your HIV RNA PCR by 23 days is almost conclusive and highly reliable. So the negative RNA PCR ascertains that you are free from HIV 1 infection.
Another ELISA or Rapid test or 4th generation duo test 12 weeks after the risk exposure would be more confirmatory to rule out both HIV 1 & 2 as HIV PCR did not detect HIV 2 infection which could be a rarest possibility outside XXXXXXX

When the sexual partner is free from HIV, you also have no risk
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Sorry, I had mentioned that you had protected vaginal sex. I understand how careful you were.
Rubbing of genitals carry a negligible risk for HIV only if your partner had HIV. When she is free from HIV then there is no HIV risk for you and also with that of unprotected oral sex.
