Posted on Tue, 24 Nov 2015
Question: I called prostitute in my room. I used condom. After few minutes of penetration she went to washroom. When i took my penis out i saw blood on my penis plus condom broke from other side(not from tip). I asked her why blood came She was saying it is because of big penis. She went to hospital immediately and doctor told tear in her vagina. Doctor gave stitches to her. My worry is i was using condom still some blood came on my penis from top(not from tip side) and i washed it immediately. It was 10 days back. Now i am feeling very guilty after this. Please suggest me what can i do now. I am not able to sleep in nights plus i am having acidity problem after that. Should i consult some doctor? What all test should i go for?

Brief Answer:
You need not to feel guilty as the risk of getting infection is very less.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

You need not to worry so much about the incident as the risk of getting the infection is very less in your case even if the girl was positive but first you have to confirm the status of the girl.

As far as acidity is concerned it has no any relation with HIV so just be relaxed. You can take cap omez-d or cap rekool-d for acidity and consult your local physician if still problem persists.

You can go for HIV RNA PCR or 4th generation HIV Duos test after 15 days of exposure to get reliable and accurate result about your condition. There are also serology tests available for sexually transmitted diseases.

Thank You

Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for your reply.

I have few queries below:

1) In worst case if girl is positive how much chance is there that it will come to me?
2) Out of HIV RNA PCR or 4th generation HIV Duos which one is better and will give better results?
3) I read on Internet HIV RNA PCR can be done after 7-10 days?
4) Do you know which place in XXXXXXX this test will be done? I searched on net very few options are available?
5) Why serology tests is required if i will go for HIV RNA PCR or 4th generation HIV Duos test?

Thanks in advance.

Brief Answer:
The chances are very less and HIV RNA PCR and 4th generation both are good.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

The chances of getting the infection are very less in your case even if the girl was positive. Amongst HIV RNA PCR and 4th generation Duos both are good and both will give better results. You can go for the one which is easily available in XXXXXXX

You had rightly read online that HIV RNA PCR and also 4th generation tests both can be done after 10 days but results are more accurate after 2 weeks. In XXXXXXX you can go at XXXXXXX diagnostic lab or M G diagnostic lab which are good and reliable ones. Don't worry and go ahead.

Thank You
