Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be due to STDs.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Welcome to health care magic.
Usually stds are not transmitted by massage . Some STDs like herpes can be transmitted by touch if there were active lesions in the area of contact .It is very unlikely in the given scenario.
The symptoms may be due to viral gastroenteritis .It is unlikely to be due to STDs.
You can just clean the area with warm water twice daily.
Avoid friction or irritation or intercourse.
Do not overclean the area.
You can get back with clear photos of lesions, if any.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
