What Are The Chances Of STDs Through Unprotected Sex?

WIthout discharge - it is possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank You for consulting HealthcareMagic!
History of unprotected oral sex is concerning and carries the risk of STDs. There may be possibility of some sexually transmitted infections like chlamydia, gonorrhea etc. I suggest to get STD screening tests again after few days, even if you do not have any symptoms, as some present late. However, a Physical examination is mandatory to assess this since there are variety of other causes that needs to be ruled out.
Regarding your concern about non-gonococcal urethritis- NGU is usually caused by chlamydia again. There is chance of transmitting this to partner if you really have it. It needs to be treated if acquired orally or through other routes.
WIthout discharge - it is possible. Personally I do not suggest prevention with Doxy unless diagnosis is confirmed. However, I do not suspect that you have NGU. Please get it confirmed with physical exam and investigations, so that you will get relieved of your anxiety, which is more important than actually having the infection.

I do not think that you have any kind of STD
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I do not think that you have any kind of STD based on the information you have given as of now. Non chlamydial NGU is very rare and I do not think that you need to worry about it as of now. If you are experiencing any symptoms, then the doctor can consider, getting tested at that tme. But as of now, there is no need and stay reassured. It is better to get tested for urinary tract infection as of now.
"I have some soreness at the bottom of my penis opening when I squeeze it" - This may be due to some trauma.
Take care!
