What Are The Chances Of STDs With Non Penetrative Sex?

Question: I recently inserted up to 4 fingers in a man. I did not wear a glove. Afterwords I washed my hands. There was no blood. I noticed later I had a small cut on my middle finger. We used lube. He says he was tested last month he is negative and has never had an std. I took a oraquick test 4 days later it was negative but I am still scared to death I could be exposed to something.
Brief Answer:
Kindly let me know exposure occured

Dear Sir,
The amount of exposure is quite significant. The viral load could be high in anal and rectal secretions in infected individuals.
One cannot rely on the history given history by the person. Oraquick test is just a home screening test . Negative test within 3 months of exposure does not rule out HIV infection.
When did the exposure occur?
Do get back to me so that I am able to assist you further

Last Tuesday was the incident. I took the oral test today 4 days later. Is there a definitive way to find out if I have been exposed?
Brief Answer:
P24 antigen assay
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings
The confiratory test that can be done is
1. P24 antigen assay
2. RT PCR
I would suggest you get this test done, which will be positive in infected individuals even during the 1st week.
Negative test will be reassuring. Post exposure prophylaxis will be less effective as its already been more than 72 hours following exposure.
Do keep me informed
