What Are The Chances Of Conceiving Post Usage Of Clomid, Barkeit And Hernafil?

Question: Trying to conceive. had clomid tablets, barkeitt and Heranfil due to which uterus lining thickened from 6mm to 12mm. TVS confirmed the dominant follicle to be of 22mm.after that pubergen injection given. Again TVS confirmed successful ovulation. Planned intercourse as suggested by the doctor done. after around 7days of ovulation statrted taking naturogest 200mg. Today its around 12 days post ovulation. Besides all this, regularly taking ovacare, hyponidd and B-Long-F. what are the chances of conceiving? Thanks!

1. You have taken good treatment from a good doctor. Everything is done nicely and drugs are properly given.

2. You stand chances of pregnancy. Dont worry.

3. But remember that every healthy couple with all reports being normal have chances of pregnancy of about 10 to 20 % in each cycle. Hence remember that its not 100 %.

I want to know that it is around 14-15days post ovulation, still (if I have conceived) I am not having any implantation symptoms like nausea or morning sickness etc. Is it necessary to have symptoms if at all conceived? Besides, my doc. Told me that as she gave me pubergen injection, this month if not conceived periods will come early I.e today or tomorrow, yet naturogest200mg might delay periods. I am confused by her contradictory statement. She asked me to do home preg. Test on 20th Nov. Pls guide me. What are my chances of implantation and how much my doc is correct. Thanks!

These symptoms of implantation are neither necessary or compulsory. They are not specific for pregnancy and hence no inference can be made for presence or lack of these symptoms.

If you have not conceived, periods will arrive within one week of stoppiing naturogest.

Your doctor is right in saying to do a home pregnancy test on 20th and naturogest might delay periods. Its right advice. You stand chance between 10 to 20 percent as I mentioned above.

Thanks for the reply. I agree that naturogest delays period but then what does this mean that pubergen injection causes early period? How can both the things happen simultaneously?

Pubergen contains hCG hormone and is not associated with causing early periods. It is given to support pregnancy if it occurs.

What your doctor meant to say was that if you dont get pregnanct your periods will come early. This is not related to injection. There might have been some mistake in communication between you and doctor.

As endometrium lining thickened from 6mm to 12mm this time after taking the medicine, is it possible that thin lining might have been the cause of failed earlier attempts of conceiving? Took hernafil for the first time to thickened the lining. Besides this, barkeitt was also prescribed for the first time? Does barkeit enhance the chances of conceiving? What is benefit of barkeitt?

Sir, as discussed earlier I took the home preg test today morning at around 6:30am and I found it to be negative. Today its around 15days post ovulation. I am very much disheartened. Is there still any hope of me being pregnant? Pls guide.

Till now I have not got any PMS like sore breasts n cramping which I get every month before period n like my doc. Said that I would get me periods on 18th, its already 2 date delayed...I am confused. Is it possible that preg. Test right Noe is unable to detect hcg in urine? Shall I tale the test after 1-2 days?
