We got sex on 31 st of the month in then on the 3 or 4 day she got her period only 2days can she get pregnant

No dear this pregnancy is not due to sexual activity on 31st march and rather dates back to intercourse around 20-22 march and then she had implantation bleeding on 3,4 April making her pregnant by 2 months now.
It is certainly be the only possibility.
