What Are The Chances Of Contracting HIV In Single Sexual Exposure?

Question: I had unprotected sex with a callgirl in XXXXXXX .she was quite healthy..i don't thibk she had hiv..but after two days i got fever n became weak..lost apetite..after two days i recovered from fever.thn after two to four days i felt normal..but i don't feel like before..i feel as if my head is spinning..i am scared that if i am hiv positive then what shall i do.in the 1st week i also had two to three warts in my penis..i visited a dermatologist..he suggested me to have hiv1&2 test and also syphilies test all came to be negative..when i had the medicine cepodem 200mg wart started to disappear,he also gave me cream..but after 7 days when medicine period was over..again the warts started to come back.this tension of hiv is killing me...doctor suggested me to do ydrl test after 20 days..and i will also be doing the hiv 1&2test in dec 5th..isn't there any test to identify it more earlier..

Looking at your description this might be related to sexually transmitted disease like herpes, syphilis or other infections

Here I would like further information for better assessment like
If possible upload me a photograph of the lesion?
Is there any history of discharge or oozing of blood
your age and relevant medical history?

In my opinion you need not to worry much, just relax.
I would advise you for a battery of tests like CBC, liver function test, urine culture and swab culture from any of lesion
HIV test comes positive only after 3 to 8 weeks of infection or some time it may take 6 months.
As such chances of contracting HIV in single exposure is very very less so you need not to worry until diagnosis confirmed.

Meanwhile wash your private parts with antiseptic soap or solutions and keep it clean and moist

It was my first sex..something watery used to come out of the warts in my penis.now i think there is a wart around my anus.my neck used to be heavy in the very first week but i didn't notice anything swallon.on my finger i have a bump..i also feel sudden shock type feeling in my palms.sometime my leg joints and shoulders pain.yaah the most important thing i yawl too much.
