I have read your query and understand your concern.
You see the height of an individual is based on various factors like environment,lifestyle,genes etc.
If your parents are tall you may get tall  height and if short you may get short height.
In general girls discontinue growth at the end of sexual development because hormones and nutrients required for growth during this period reach their maximum potential.
Height in females generally stop increasing after the age of around 15-16. It may vary a bit in different individuals.
In nutshell you can not gain height anymore now and frankly speaking there is no medicine which can make you grow tall now.

Normally boys grow up to 18-20 years of age with some variation but certainly very very less likely to grow beyond 22 years.
