Brief Answer:
please do a pregnancy test
Detailed Answer:
Dear member,
Thanks for writing.
If your partner had regular cycles then the chance of pregnancy was less as intercourse happened just before period.
But as you mention that she has irregular period and she has taken ipill more than once in a single cycle the chance of pregnancy cannot be determined with certainity.
Please do a pregnancy test . This will tell whether she is pregnant. If negative then you can wait for a week so that she will get period spontaneously. Besides as she is also having symptoms like breast tenderness she may get her period soon.
Hope this was helpful.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
irregular period due to hormone imbalance
Detailed Answer:
Dear member
Thanks for writing.
Ipill acts by delaying ovulation. It's important not to repeat intercourse in the cycle again as the chance of pregnancy increases.
Two ipills does not decrease efficiency but the rule is only one after unprotected intercourse in a cycle and most important not to have sex again till next period.
The reason for delayed period each cycle is because of hormone imbalance. Stress may not be the only reason though it contributes to the irregularity.
To treat this first she will need tests of hormones like
FSH, LH, PROLACTIN, TSH.
Ultrasound of uterus and ovaries also has to be done.
After the results you can write back.
Right now to decide whether she is pregnant the only way is a pregnancy test .
Hope this was helpful.
